We charge 100% at the time of taking reservations. You can request cash payment via phone or email if you don’t want to pay by card. There can be Delivery or return to base charges depending upon the pick location or drop-off location.

Customers can submit their requests to make changes to the reservation. But, changes are not Guaranteed. There can be additional charges depending upon the changes, which must be paid by the customer before changes are made to the current reservation in case changes are approved. Please note extra time is only available if the vehicle and chauffeur are available after the scheduled job. Prices for any extra time are more than the prices you got while making reservations. Please try to get enough time to avoid more expense or unavailability situation.

If we found anything from our Vehicles, it will be kept safe for 5 days. Customers have 5 days to contact us with all details and proofs of the ownership of the items they want to report lost. We or our chauffeurs are not responsible for any of your lost or left items. Customers are responsible for anything they bring with them, please keep your things safe with you and don’t leave them alone in the Vehicle at any time of our service or after service. We will try our best to help find your lost items in the vehicles but we are not responsible for them.

All customers must follow the State and Federal law for drinking Alcohol in the Limousine. Customers can only drink if your State allows it. All customers must be over 21 and minors under 21 must be riding with their parents or guardians, otherwise, it is illegal to drink alcohol. In case any minor under 21 found with any drug or Alcohol, service will be canceled at the same time. No Illegal drugs. No smoking. We have a Zero-tolerance policy. Our chauffeur will try to observe that customers follow these rules. But, Our chauffeurs or We are not responsible if any minor brings Illegal drugs or Alcohol. The chauffeur can refuse further service in case the customer is too drunk with no refund. We or our chauffeurs are not responsible if customers get injured because of overdrinking or taking drugs during and after our service. Your Service will be terminated at the same time and this applies to all customers

Chauffeur has the complete right to refuse and cancel service with no refunds if customers treat them badly. Please note when you are drinking, our chauffeurs are trying their best to keep you safe and just following the safety precautions and company rules. So, please don’t be rude to chauffeurs.

If you drop food, drinks, or vomit inside the vehicle, a cleaning fee of $350 will be applied and the customer is liable. If the vehicle is left in messy condition by customers and not clean, $150 to $250 is the cleaning fee depending upon the condition which customer need to pay. Customers have to pay the full amount if anything is broken or damaged by them or their guests.

If customers don’t show up in 15 minutes, your ride will be canceled with no refunds for no show-up. If the flight got delayed any wait after 30 minutes from the given time will be charged as extra time and can be canceled with no refunds if the vehicle is reserved for the next reservation. In case the Customer didn’t make payment before reservation or customer extended service, the customer needs to make payment before getting service. And any time while taking payment or making decisions will be on Customer. We will be charging you from the start time you selected while making a reservation. Please note, Vehicle can be having next reservation and has to reach there on time. The customer must leave the vehicle when the time is done, if the customer stays in the vehicle even after the end time, the customer needs to pay any Extra time and the amount in case the next reservation got canceled because of the delay caused by the customer.

In case the Customer doesn’t pay any pending payment within the time. Late fee will be applied. We will hire a Collection Company to collect the pending balance or we will go to the Court to collect the pending amount. The customer will also have to pay the pending amount, late fee, and the amount which we spent in the process of collecting the pending balance amount.

All reservations and sales are final and there are no refunds on cancellation.
